Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, lead-capture forms, and text-messaging features built and operated by Site Pilot AI LLC ("Site Pilot AI LLC," "we," "us," or "our") for home service contractors and their customers. By using any site or form we build, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Site Pilot AI LLC designs and hosts high-quality websites for home service contractors. Each site includes a lead-capture form that delivers submitted requests to the contractor as a text message, and a missed-call text-back feature that automatically replies to callers the contractor could not answer. These Terms apply to contractors using our services and to homeowners who submit a request through one of our sites.

All text messages sent through our sites — lead notifications delivered to contractors and missed-call text-back replies sent to callers — are transmitted over standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) messaging using registered Application-to-Person (A2P) campaigns. We comply with the A2P 10DLC framework, including campaign registration, sender verification, and message-class rules administered by mobile carriers and the Campaign Registry.

By submitting a request through a Site Pilot AI LLC form, a caller consents to receive a one-time, transactional text message in direct response to their submission or missed call. We do not send promotional or marketing messages, and we do not enroll any phone number in recurring message programs. Recipients are never charged for messages beyond their standard carrier plan, and may stop further messages by replying STOP at any time.

Information collected through any form on a Site Pilot AI LLC website is not shared with, sold to, or licensed to any third-party vendor, advertiser, data broker, or any other party — period. The details a homeowner submits (such as a name, email address, and the nature of the request) are used for one purpose only: to deliver that single lead to the contractor the site was built for, and to send the related missed-call text-back reply. We do not aggregate, resell, or repurpose submitted information, and we do not pass it to any external analytics, advertising, or lead-distribution network.

When a request is submitted, the submitted details are routed to the contractor associated with that site so they can respond. Site Pilot AI LLC is not a party to any agreement between a contractor and their customer and assumes no responsibility for the quality, timing, or outcome of work performed. Contractors are responsible for responding to leads and for their own business practices.

You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit, to use the services lawfully, and not to misuse the text-messaging features. Contractors agree that any phone number used to receive leads is one they are authorized to use and that they will honor STOP and HELP opt-out requests from recipients.

Contractor subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the published rate for the selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next billing cycle and does not entitle you to a refund of the current period except where required by law. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Site Pilot AI LLC retains ownership of its designs, code, branding, and methodology. We grant each contractor a limited license to use the site and content we build for them for the duration of their subscription. Contractor-supplied logos, copy, and assets remain the property of the contractor or their licensors.

The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Pilot AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost leads, missed messages, or carrier delivery failures outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
