Site Pilot AI LLC ("Site Pilot AI LLC," "we," "us," or "our") builds websites for home service contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the forms on our sites, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it to be readable and specific — not buried in legalese.

When a homeowner submits a lead-capture form on a Site Pilot AI LLC site, we collect only the details they choose to enter — typically a name, an email address, the type of service needed, and a short message describing the request. When the missed-call text-back feature fires, we also process the caller's phone number for the sole purpose of sending that one reply. We do not collect payment information through these forms, and we do not request sensitive data such as Social Security numbers or health information.

We use submitted information for exactly one purpose: to deliver the lead to the contractor the site was built for, and to send the related missed-call text-back reply so the contractor can follow up. We also use limited technical data (such as browser type and the page visited) to keep the sites fast and secure. We do not use submitted information to build profiles, to advertise, or to contact anyone for marketing.

Text messages sent through our sites are delivered over registered A2P 10DLC campaigns on standard 10-digit long codes, in compliance with carrier rules and the Campaign Registry. By submitting a request, a caller authorizes the single transactional text message described above. Messages are informational and transactional only — never promotional. Standard message and data rates from a recipient's carrier may apply.

Recipients may opt out of any further messages by replying STOP, request help by replying HELP, and contact us directly at any time to withdraw consent. We honor opt-out requests promptly and do not re-add a number to messaging without a new, explicit request.

Site Pilot AI LLC does not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose information collected through our forms to any third-party vendor, advertiser, data broker, affiliate, or any other outside party. The only recipient of a submitted lead is the contractor for whom the site was built. We do not use third-party advertising networks, we do not sell lead data, and we do not transfer submitted information to any external service for their own purposes. The vendors we do rely on (such as our messaging and hosting infrastructure) process data solely to deliver the message on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

We retain submitted lead information only as long as needed to deliver it and for a reasonable period afterward to support the contractor's follow-up and our own record-keeping. We protect information with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through one of our forms by emailing us at the address below. You may also decline to submit a form at any time. Where applicable, you may have additional rights under state or regional privacy law; we will honor those rights as required.

Our sites may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to measure performance and keep the sites running. We do not use cookies to identify individuals for advertising or to share information with third parties.

Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
